Mentor and Protégé: Sandi Ordog

I was eager to participate in the TBI Mentoring Program to both share my experiences in the Ontario biotechnology industry and to learn from industry leaders. The TBI Mentoring Program has been excellent in matching me with engaging, active participants in the biotechnology community. Conversations between the mentor and protégé reveal the many different stories and road maps behind “How I got to where I am now”. For many, that road map is constantly changing, making networking with colleagues and the biotech community vital to career growth and development. The TBI Mentoring Program provides focused, networking opportunities. It is not until later that you realize the value of a network connection when a career opportunity surfaces.
