Companies can participate in the LSO Mentorship Program in one of two ways:
- Encourage staff to participate as a mentor and/or protégé
- Sponsor the program
By participating in the Program, companies will be able to:
- Access to a larger talent pool
- Transfer of new skills into the workplace
- Knowledge of potential new talent and their background
- Brand exposure within the industry
- Improve the company image in the community
- Increase the community awareness of the company mission
- Improve community relations and public image
